The ashram housing at the Anandpuri ashram at Chilianula is a large courtyard square with two and three stories, with the temple access through a set of stairs. Here is one side - each of the doors is a dormitory room. Many people ask "what do you do at an ashram?" Basically, chant, eat, work, and chant some more. Herakhan Babaji's practice is karma yoga, which is work in service to the Devine. This could look like anything from running the business of the ashram to gardening, cooking or cleaning toilets. I had an unusual assignment in Chilianaula, because of my circumstances, which I will go into more detail with later.  Posted by Hello
